No. Smart Shopping Assistant only reads the product page you choose to analyze. No browsing history, no personal data, no tracking. Product details are sent securely to our server only when you click Analyze.

Which stores does it work on? +

Currently Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Best Buy, and Target. More stores are on the roadmap and will be added in future updates.

How is the AI verdict generated? +

We use Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze the product title, price, rating, review count, and a sample of customer reviews. The AI weighs all factors to give a verdict and confidence score — not a simple star-counting algorithm.

Does my analysis count reset if I refresh the page? +

No. If you analyze the same product again, the cached result is returned instantly without using an additional analysis slot. Your count only decreases when you analyze a new product.

Does the Credit Pack roll over if I don't use all 50? +

Analyses reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. However, 50 analyses is more than enough for even heavy shoppers — that's over 1 product every day.

Can I switch plans or cancel at any time? +

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no long-term commitment. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
